Help shape the digital strategy for an industry-leading digital advertising agency! Foottraffik, a high-performance growth advertising team that supports dispensaries in the US and Canada is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager.

This is a dynamic, remote position and a great opportunity for someone with digital marketing experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced digital environment.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Project Manager and CMO while working closely with the entire Marketing team which includes the Chief Editor, graphic designer, website developer, and SEO strategist.

Our fulfillment team drives new customer growth for Foottraffik dispensary clients. The team is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer acquisition and performance advertising campaigns.

A successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role. This is a full-time salaried role with standard work week office hours. Applicants should be based in Puerto Rico for a full-time position, or an independent contractor in the United States.

JOB DUTIES

  • Implement & manage search, social, email, SMS, and digital ad strategies
  • Assist with WordPress quick edits and setting up tracking.
  • Reporting on digital trends and marketing vehicle performance.
  • Supporting the management team on an ad hoc basis with reporting and special project execution as needed.
  • Identify areas where efficiencies can be implemented to increase resource utilization and overall marketing program ROI

QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • B.S. or B.A. is required; B.S./B.A. in Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to handle multiple client campaigns without missing deadlines
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
  • Analytical mindset; enjoy finding the "why" behind the numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, with an eye toward how you can help the business succeed in everything you do

  • Ability to work remotely successfully
You’ll most likely make the top of our list if you have a few of the following:
  • 12+ months' online marketing experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with managing and coordinating multiple client-based projects
  • Keen sense of UX/UI design
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience building automated marketing funnels in Active Campaign
  • Experience with Data Tracking and JSON structured data markup
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, and retargeting platforms
  • Experience with Google Data Studio and Google Search Console
  • Experience with Zapier for implementing workflow automation

Within the first twelve months, the Digital Marketing Manager will have accomplished the following:
  • Proved to be a valuable addition to the Foottraffik team by working effectively internally and externally while delivering a quality product
  • Become an expert in online lead generation
  • Be well regarded internally for providing great marketing assistance and a great eye for details, ensuring that everything which is produced by the marketing department is correct and on-brand
