Paid Media Advertising Specialist
(Google Ads)

The fulfillment team drives new customer growth for Foottraffik dispensary clients. The team is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer acquisition and performance advertising campaigns. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for key members of our team to be a part of the scalability of our business.

The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. A successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to deliver breakthrough thinking for this channel. This is a full-time salaried role with standard work week office hours.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities
  • Manage, review, and perform core acquisition tactics 
  • Implement paid media strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency
  • Support all media trafficking needs by scheduling and maintaining placements, rotation of ads, and creative throughout the lifetime of campaigns
  • Efficiently distribute tags, trackers, and creative assets to all media partners
  • Successfully apply paid media strategy within existing channels (i.e., Google Ads)
  • Develop and test new audience segments (i.e., retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.)
  • Contribute to strategy, campaign structure, paid media optimizations, and ad content, including strategic recommendations on creative content and messaging
  • Provide expertise on campaign and bid management efforts
  • Develop bidding strategy and rule development for efficient spending and optimization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Strong communication with a can-do, positive attitude and a desire to get things done
  • Keep up to date with written standard operating procedures for our internal systematic strategies
  • Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of clients’ Google Ads campaigns, from strategy visualization to ad development to data analysis and optimization
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks, discovering unique opportunities for growth, and making recommendations to the client that will improve overall performance quickly
  • Develop marketing strategies, plans, and graphics to support and achieve the client’s objectives
  • Split-test creative, targeting, landing pages, and general advertising strategies while optimizing for growth of spend and ROAS
  • Leverage real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools 
  • Communicate campaign performance to clients and create a clear roadmap for their future success, including full visualization of the client’s funnel as well as updating it to reflect their active strategy as it develops
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management, both via real-time data dashboards and during our bi-weekly client meetings 
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with other team members via Slack and Asana

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience successfully working remotely 
  • Deep knowledge of and mastery of paid platforms, including Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads 
  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics 
  • Highly skilled in all Google Drive Products, especially Sheets
  • Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting, ad conversion rate optimization, and SEO
  • Ecommerce software experience with WooCommerce and Shopify
